Dr. Kristen Bonnell Pate graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1994. Prior to that, she attended Indiana University for only three years majoring in biology, before being accepted into dental school. She knew from the time she was thirteen years old she wanted to go into the field of dentistry and therefore took an accelerated path in doing so.

Dr. Held grew up on the north side of Indianapolis, just minutes from Nora Dental Associates, an office he now calls home. A proud product of Washington Township schools, Northview/North Central, he discovered early on that not only did he love working with his hands, but he also valued helping others. This combination led him naturally to a career in dentistry.
